Hey team! Our winter session of Mission Groups is getting close! As we get ready for the session, here is a refresher on some things we need to do to get ready.
1. CONTACT YOUR PEOPLE
Find out how's coming back, and who needs some help getting connected elsewhere! This is a great chance to lean into the people that were either sporadic or no-shows. A new session is a great time to try again!

2. Let me know who needs to be added to or removed from your list!
We thrive on great info about our people at Mission! We try to keep clean lists so that we can know where our people are, and so that we can provide only relevant communication so we don't spam people! Let me know what your list looks like, and I'll help you get it right in CCB!
3. Confirm your day and time.
Let me know what you settle on for day and time for this session, so I can make sure your events are ready to go in the system!
4. decide if you'd like to add people at GROUPLINK.
If some people in your group have had schedule changes, or your feel like it would help liven up your group to have some new people come in, GROUPLINK is a great way to add people that are new to Mission, or are choosing to get into a circle for the first time! If you'd like to add at GROUPLINK, just let me know and we'll get it set up!
If you're not adding at GROUPLINK, please plan on helping make GROUPLINK happen!

5. have a party!
It's amazing how much traction you can get with people during the session when you intentionally get together beforehand. Remember, it doesn't have to be you who organizes it, or the most incredibly thrown party in the world... it just has to happen! Your people will love getting to be together just to have some fun!
