Rooted introduces you to the 7 rhythms of following Jesus that we see in the first church described in Acts 2. Regardless of where you are on your faith journey, this immersive experience will help you take steps that will help you grow closer to God and others. Even if you’ve done Rooted before, going through it with different people will be a brand new experience! Cost is $40 per participant, which includes a workbook and a celebration dinner at the end.
Message-Based Groups are launching during our Marked for More series! Starting Tuesday, October 6, join us each week from 6:30–8:00 PM as we dig deeper into the weekend message, build meaningful community, and put what we’re learning into practice. Groups will meet every Tuesday night, with the final gathering on Tuesday, November 17th. Whether you’re new to groups or have been part of one before, this is a great next step to grow in your faith and connect with others.

All current 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders are invited for a Friday night with friends, time with God, a Despicable Me theme, and LOTS OF FUN!
We’ll have dinner, competitions, worship, big games, art projects, small group conversations, some free choice time, and MORE as we dig into what it looks like to follow God!

Baptism is the public celebration of your decision to trust and follow Jesus. So if you’ve decided to trust and follow Jesus, baptism is your next step! It’s not for people who’ve got it all together - there’s no waiting until you’ve got your junk fixed and mess cleaned up. Grief & Loss Support Group will meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 4:30-5:30 pm at Mission Church in Ventura, 5353 Walker St. If you've experienced any type of grief or loss this group will help equip you with healthy coping mechanisms by teaching and helping you navigate the grieving process.Dr. Paul Lenderman leads this group and incorporates sharing and open Q and A. There is no pressure to talk so feel free to simply listen. No matter your type of loss, this group is loving and supportive.
