Partner Form

The Feed805 Food Drive is coming this October! Sign up to bring Feed805 to your business, work, school, or neighborhood!

We are looking for individuals and organizations that want to bring Feed805 to their workplace, business, school, or neighborhood by becoming a Feed805 Partner! Our goal is to collect 50,000 lbs of food which means this is an all hands on deck event!

Feed805 Partners will be equipped, resourced and trained in September with all of the materials (hand outs, fliers, bags, social media graphics, etc), information, and resources that you’ll need to bring Feed805 to your people or workplace!

100% of what is donated to Feed805 will go to purchasing food and fighting food insecurity right here in Ventura County. A $100 donation would feed a family in our county for 2 months. $1000 would provide food for 10 families for 2 months. $10,000 would provide food for 100 families every day for 2 months. Every dollar given equates to $5 worth of groceries and that makes a huge difference! 

By simply adding a small display at your counter with a donation QR code, you can easily invite others to join in this initiative! Or, if your business would rather be a collection site for this food drive, Feed805 can provide you with collection barrels and tools to get people engaged!

How Does Food Share Store and Distribute the Food?

Food Share owns and operates 36,000 square feet of warehouse space. The warehouse includes a 1,176 square foot cooler and 1,176 square foot freezer, 1 loading dock and 15 trucks.

The warehouse receives an average of 36,000 pounds of food a day.

The freezer is 17,640 cubic feet, which is equivalent to 1,176 household freezers.

The cooler is 17,640 cubic feet, which is equivalent to 802 household refrigerators.

Food Share trucks drove almost 100,000 miles in FY 2018.
