You have submitted an application, interviewed with a Groups Team Coach or Director, and been approved.
Affirm the values, core beliefs, and leadership at Mission Church
Attend the new leader training prior to leading
Lead your group according to the Starting Point Values and Leader Essentials
Attend Starting Point Weekly debriefs
Pray for your Starting Point group members regularly
Shepherd your Starting Point group members’ transitions from Starting Point to their next best step of community - whether you lead a group or raise up a leader from the group.
